4. Orders & Acceptance

•     Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
•     If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Delivery, Scheduling & Installation

•     All equipment and IAQ products purchased through our website are delivered directly by Alpha IAQ Solutions. We do not ship products through third‑party carriers unless explicitly stated.
•     Delivery and installation appointments are scheduled collaboratively between the customer and Alpha IAQ Solutions. After an order is placed, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date and time.
•     Delivery and installation times may vary based on product availability, service location, and technician scheduling. Appointment dates are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.
•     Customers agree to provide accurate contact information and ensure safe, unobstructed access to the installation area at the scheduled time.
•     If a customer needs to reschedule, we request advance notice. Alpha IAQ Solutions reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
•     Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery and installation.

6. Returns & Refunds

•     Returns may be accepted for eligible products within the timeframe and conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
•     Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
•     Certain items, such as opened filters, consumables, or custom‑ordered equipment, may be non‑returnable.

7. Warranty

•     All equipment and IAQ products sold by Alpha IAQ Solutions include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms, coverage periods, and limitations vary by manufacturer and product type.
•     Alpha IAQ Solutions does not provide independent warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer, except in cases where we explicitly offer an extended warranty.
•     Extended warranties may be available only:
•     Through special promotions offered by Alpha IAQ Solutions, or
•     When the customer enrolls in our Preventative Maintenance Club.
•     Labor is not included in any manufacturer or extended warranty unless explicitly stated in writing on the installation paperwork completed by Alpha IAQ Solutions and provided to the customer at the time of installation.
•     All equipment and IAQ products installed by Alpha IAQ Solutions include a 1‑year workmanship warranty, covering installation‑related defects or issues. This workmanship warranty does not apply to filter purchases or.
•     All warranty claims—whether manufacturer, extended, or workmanship—must be submitted directly through Alpha IAQ Solutions. We will coordinate the claim process with the manufacturer or applicable warranty provider.
•     Warranty coverage may be voided if equipment is altered, improperly installed or serviced by a third party, damaged due to misuse, or not maintained according to manufacturer guidelines.
•     Alpha IAQ Solutions is not responsible for warranty decisions made by the manufacturer or third‑party warranty providers.

8. Scheduling Appointments & Service Requests

•     Our website may include forms for scheduling inspections, consultations, or service appointments.
•     By submitting a scheduling form, you acknowledge that:
•     Submission does not guarantee appointment availability.
•     Appointment dates and times are confirmed only after direct communication from our team.
•     You agree to provide accurate, complete information to ensure proper scheduling and service delivery.
•     We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments based on availability, safety considerations, or service eligibility.
