Refund Policy
Alpha IAQ Solutions – Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 2024
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all equipment, HVAC systems, and indoor air quality (IAQ) products purchased from Alpha IAQ Solutions. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Refund Request Requirements
All refund requests must be submitted prior to the installation of any product or equipment.
Once installation has begun, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellation Fees for Delivered Products
If a product is enroute or has been delivered and the customer elects to cancel the order before installation, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied.
This fee covers administrative processing, scheduling disruption, and return logistics.
3. HVAC Equipment Cancellation Fees

15% Cancellation Fee: Applies to all HVAC equipment orders canceled before delivery.

30% Cancellation Fee: Applies to all HVAC equipment that has been delivered on the scheduled installation day, regardless of whether installation has begun.

Once installationa has begun, no refund will be issued.

These fees reflect supplier restocking charges, freight costs, and allocation of installation resources.
4. Restocking Fee for Refundable Items
All approved refunds for IAQ products or equipment not covered under the cancellation fees above are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
This fee is deducted from the refund amount and covers inspection, handling, and inventory processing.
5. Non‑Refundable Purchased Materials
Any materials, components, or products already purchased by Alpha IAQ Solutions specifically to fulfill the customer’s order will be deducted from the refund total. This includes:
• Special‑order IAQ components (to include all filters made for equipment)
• Custom‑requested equipment
• Consumables or accessories purchased for scheduled service
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after returned items are received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
